Refund Policy

All payments are collected by ARTranslation Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, the operator of Graha Darpan.

Reading credits are the only thing we sell, so this policy covers credit purchases.

Refund eligibility

• Unused credits from a paid pack are refundable within 7 days of purchase, on request.
• Refunds are calculated on the credits still unused at the time of your request.
• Consumed credits are non-refundable, because each reading is generated and delivered instantly.
• Free welcome and daily credits carry no monetary value and are not refundable.

How refunds are processed

Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of your request. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

How to request a refund

Email us from the address on your account with your order reference, using the details on our Contact page. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours.
